Dennis Peatrowsky
A native of West Point, Nebraska, Mr. Peatrowsky brings over 25 years of experience in financial services, estate planning, investment management. A United States Marine Corps veteran, Mr. Peatrowsky received a baccalaureate degree, summa cum laude, from Park University and obtained his Juris Doctor (JD) degree from the Creighton University School of Law in 1994.
Mr. Peatrowsky served more than 17 years as compliance officer, in-house counsel and wealth advisor for regional registered investment adviser firms. Mr. Peatrowsky has a track record managing customized investment portfolios, and provides counsel to individuals, families, trustees and business owners while working with their advisors, CPAs, and trusted professionals.
Admitted to the practice of law in Nebraska, Peatrowsky held the Series 4, 7, 24, and 63 securities licenses, holds the Series 65 investment adviser license and a life and disability insurance license. He is a member of WealthCounsel, the Nebraska State Bar Association, is an active parishioner at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church, and enjoys spending time with his three children.
Julia Morrison
Julia Morrison is an attorney with Peatrowsky Law, where she focuses on estate planning. She has four years of experience working in estate planning and was licensed to practice law in 2026. Julia works with clients to help them plan for the future with clarity, care, and practical guidance.
Julia earned her bachelor’s degree from Fresno State and her Juris Doctor from the University of Nebraska College of Law. She is admitted to practice in Nebraska and is an active member of the Nebraska State Bar Association. Her background in estate planning, combined with her client-centered approach, allows her to help individuals and families navigate important legal decisions with confidence.
A resident of Lincoln, Nebraska, Julia is an active parishioner at St. Francis of Assisi. Outside of her legal work, she is a wife and mother of three, and she values the same sense of responsibility, trust, and care in her practice that she brings to her family and community.
Sydney Peatrowsky
Sydney Peatrowsky serves as a legal assistant at Peatrowsky Law. Currently, Sydney is assisting by document organization and management, preparing estate planning documents, and client intake and communication. With a bachelors degree in marketing at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, and knowledge of estate planning terminology, Sydney has a strong attention to detail and plays a vital role in guiding clients with the estate planning process. Beyond her professional endeavors, Sydney is also involved with her church at St. Wenceslaus. She enjoys the adventure of travel, hiking, and walking her dog, Poppy, around the lake.
